Once your order ships, the items are yours.
Exchanges: send us an email and explain your situation on the exchange. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We will send you instructions on how to exchange your item.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return items. On exchanges we will ship a new item based on our agreed plan.
